Car Rental Booking Guidelines

Booking Information

1. Reservations: Bookings can be made online, by phone (832) 856-4603, or in-person at our locations.

2. Vehicle Availability: Vehicle availability is guaranteed only after confirmation of booking.

3. Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with booking details.

Required Documents

1. Valid Driver's License

2. Credit/Debit Card (for payment and deposit)

3. Proof of Insurance (optional)

Payment and Deposit

1. Payment Methods: Major credit/debit cards accepted.

2. Deposit: $200-$500 (depending on vehicle type and rental duration)

3. Payment Terms: Full payment due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

1. 48-hour notice required for cancellations.

2. Cancellation fee: $50.

3. No refunds for no-shows.

Rental Requirements

1. Age: 25 years .

2. Driving Experience: 1+ year.

3. International Drivers: Valid license and passport required.

Additional Fees

1. Additional Driver: $10/day.

2. Child Safety Seat: $10/day.

3. GPS Navigation: $10/day.

4. Fuel: Returned with full tank (or pay for missing fuel)

1. Liability Insurance: Included.

2. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Optional ($20-$30/day).

3. Personal Accident Insurance: Optional ($10-$20/day).

Pick-up and Drop-off

1. Pick-up: During business hours (9am-5pm).

2. Drop-off: Same location as pick-up (unless arranged otherwise).

3. Late Returns: $20/hour (up to $100/day).

Terms and Conditions

1. Rental agreement must be signed.

2. Vehicle must be returned in same condition.

3. Fuel and tolls not included.
